How It Works

Sourcing, de-risked one
checkpoint at a time.

A production order can fail at a dozen points — a bad fabric batch, a missed compliance requirement, a delayed shipment. Our process exists to catch each of those before they become your problem.

The Full Process

From brief to shipment,
six de-risked checkpoints.

Every order runs through the same quality gates regardless of size — because a 500-piece capsule deserves the same floor discipline as a 50,000-unit programme.

Step 01

Share your brief

Tell us the product category, target quantity, price range, delivery timeline, and any certifications you require (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, etc.) through the Start a Project form. A sourcing manager reviews it within one business day.

Step 02

Get matched to factories

We shortlist 2–3 factories from our vetted network whose capacity, MOQ and compliance profile match your brief — with transparent pricing indications, not black-box quotes.

Step 03

Sample & confirm spec

A physical sample (or pre-production sample for larger orders) is produced and shipped to you for approval before any bulk production begins. Fabric, fit and finish are signed off in writing.

Step 04

Production with active QC

Inline inspection during cutting and stitching, plus a pre-shipment inspection against AQL standards before goods leave the factory. You receive photo/video checkpoints along the way.

Step 05

Logistics & delivery

We coordinate freight — air, sea or courier — customs documentation, and last-mile delivery to your warehouse, with a shipment tracking reference shared throughout.

Step 06

Post-delivery support

Reorders skip the matching step entirely — your approved factory and spec are on file, so repeat production can move straight to a new PO.

FAQ

Common questions
before you start.

Workflow

Do you manage the entire workflow?

Yes. From fabric sourcing through sampling, production, quality control and delivery — TexLynk is a single point of contact for the whole order.

MOQ

What's the minimum order size?

It varies by category — some home textile capsules start at 50 pieces, while workwear programmes typically start around 1,000. See each category page for specifics.

Custom

Can I request custom designs or private label?

Absolutely — fabric, colour, embroidery, prints, fit and packaging can all be tailored to your brand identity.

Vetting

How do you vet factories?

Every partner passes a capacity, quality and ethical-practice review before onboarding — see the Partner Factories page for our tier system.
